After a four-month residency at Casino Display, Serene Hui is presenting her latest work to the public, who will have the chance to see an abridged version of her ‘non-performance’ Avalanches from Afar. 

Serene Hui's artistic practice is currently concerned with epistemological colonialism, in order to understand how it affects social structures, languages and psychology, and its potential susceptibility to manipulation. The artist expresses herself mainly through installation, audio, engraving and text.
