UNESCO Solidarity Day & UNESCO Solidarity Day for Kids

UNESCO Solidarity Day:

Starting at the Place de la Constitution, the circular walk runs halfway up the fortifications, through Pétrusse Park to the Corniche ("the most beautiful balcony in Europe"), over the ramparts and ends in the old town. Your tourist guide will also lead you to the UNESCO Visitor Center at the Lëtzebuerg City Museum.

This free guided tour is organized as part of the «Solidarity Day of World Heritage Cities» organized by the Organization of World Heritage Cities (OWHC).

UNESCO Solidarity Day for kids:

"Luxembourg Old Town and Fortress" are part of the UNESCO World Heritage. On this interactive guided tour you can touch, listen and smell the city. In a playful way, one recognizes the interaction of man and nature and playfully learns how to deal responsibly with the historic landscape. Our guide will also lead you to the Lëtzebuerg City Museum where you can learn about the legendary mermaid Melusina.

This free guided tour is organized as part of the «Solidarity Day of World Heritage Cities» organized by the Organization of World Heritage Cities (OWHC).
